*inspection pricing listed is for less than 2,000 sq ft of flooring to  be inspected. if your floor is bigger, please call 1-702-372-8972  for quote. (full is 12.5% of sq ft)
*Inspection pricing listed is for within 55 miles of Home Office.   if Your site is more than 55 miles from 89129 or 53219   add $.50/mile
 

STANDARD INSPECTION (Verbal Report)  
                                                   $125.00* plus applic. charges
This Report is used to find out what the nature of the problem is.
It is best suited when the parties involved are not adversarial.
Includes:
-Non-destructive testing
-Qualitative findings
-Verbal statement of Conclusion and Cause
Note: within 60 days you can upgrade to FULL INSPECTION, more than 60 days will need new inspection of current conditions
 

FULL INSPECTION (Written Report)
                                                   $250.00* plus applic. charges

This Report is usually generated after there where unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue and chances are that the Report
could be used in State License Board proceedings or in Court Litigation
Includes:
-Quantitative Testing per ASTM standards (includes One Free test)
-Documented Non-Destructive tests (when restrictions apply)
-Formatted Written statement of Conclusions and Cause

Restrictions may be:
-Post Tension Slabs cannot be cut or drilled into
-Desire to keep flooring intact
-no Access to Floor Joists or Subfloor without damage
-Lack of Time and/or Cost
-All Restrictions must be documented in report

Additional Charges may be:
*telephone testimonials-$50/hr
*in court testimonials-$75/hr
*mileage outside home territory-$.50/mile (greater than 55 miles from   89129 or 53219)
*revisions and/or clarifications of existing reports-$75/hr
*any applicable expenses such as rentals, lodging, transportation,   parking, postage, handling, etc.
*basements and/or crawlspaces
*additional moisture tests
*destructive testing
 


Basement and/or Crawlspace Access        additional $65.00

Access Crawl Space or additional areas, basements, attics or catwalks require additional work and with limited Accessibility
 

add Moisture Test with Inspection:
-calcium chloride                           each additional test $25.00
-in-situ                                          each additional test $75.00
This may be required to validate test results, the number of tests required is based on size of tested floor (min 3 valid test results per 1000sq ft of tested floor)
 

Destructive Testing                               additional $65.00 /act
Remove Flooring and/or Baseboards to see underneath as an example.
-I DO NOT guarantee against damage to test surroundings or items   being removed
-I DO NOT replace, repair or renew anything removed for testing   purposes
I suggest having Installer present to conduct these procedures
