Site Evaluation Pricing

*Evaluation pricing listed is for less than 2,000 sq ft of flooring to  be examined, if your floor is bigger, please call 1-702-372-8972  for quote. (full is 7.5% of sq ft)
*Evaluation pricing listed is for within 55 miles of Home Office.   if Your site is more than 55 miles from 89129 or 53219, add   $.50/mile

This is a Written Evaluation that includes:
-Testing of Slab/Subfloor/Under-Floor (includes One Free test)
-Quantitative Moisture Results per ASTM standards
-Non-Destructive Testing where restrictions apply
-Evaluate building environment as it pertains to flooring
-Recommend flooring type, compatible to site conditions and   expectations

Restrictions may be:
-Post Tension Concrete Slabs cannot be cut or drilled into
-Desire to keep flooring intact
-no access to Floor Joists or Subfloor
-Lack of Time and/or Cost
-All Restrictions must be documented in evaluation

Additional Charges may be:
*mileage outside home territory-$.50/mile (greater than 55 miles from   89129 or 53219)
*any applicable expenses such as rentals, lodging, transportation,   parking, postage, handling, etc.
*basement and/or crawlspaces
*additional moisture tests
*destructive testing
